THE PLAN

Cabax identifies the problem of obstacles that prevent a more competency - based education sytem. Solutions to this problem; making available educational resources on competency -based learning . These resources includes; practices, tools, research and use of technology in learning. Cabax identifies the leadership in education doesn’t always support second order change and teachers aren’t empowered to help effects changes. Solution is; creating a framework to be used in professional development, that would explain second order change leadership discussions. Cabax discovers communities and cultures are resistant to change, including technology - based change. Solution; identify new ways of engaging stakeholders in the communities to adapt.

We want to renew our rent of occupancy which cost N180,000 for he next 1 year. We also recently purchased our school permanent site, we would love to commence the project anytime soon, once the funds are available. The cost of the project is estimated at N4,000,000.
