DESCRIPTION
FEDEP is a private sector initiative that provides investment & empowerment opportunity for fish farming enterprise development using Best Aquaculture Practice (BAP).It is the Fish Out-grower Section of Tritech Aquaculture Project on 36 Acres of land at Épé, Lagos State.It offers youths and potential investors the platform to venture into fish farming through land allocation, pond construction, training, input supply, technical support and off-take market.It offers for subscription 300 half plot-size concrete fish ponds for a N3,000,000 investment per pond.It leverages on economy of scale in pond construction, input supply, water facility and central security.It can be replicated in other locations.
